Who sings the third song?

I could Identify only two songs

first it is:
“You Owe Me An IOU” -->Hot Hot Heat.

Second it is:
“What if” ---->Coldplay

How is called the third song, when Marc Hosemann is falls by the window?

I need the third song

Please help me! T_T

I want to know if you can transcribe the lyric of this song, That would help to find it to the band/Song me with a Lyrics Search Engine.
